SHIPPING
How long will it take to receive my order?

For in-stock items, orders are processed within 1-5 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays). For orders containing customized items, it will require additional time and will be processed within 14 business days. Once your order is processed and shipped, delivery typically takes 6-15 business days, depending on your location. Please note that delivery times may vary due to factors such as customs clearance or local postal services. While we strive to ensure timely delivery, Nyota is not responsible for delays caused by external factors.

How much is the shipping cost?

We offer FREE shipment for all orders over $120 internationally. For orders under $120, a flat shipping fee of $15.9 will be applied. Your order will be shipped from our bases in China or Europe, depending on your destination country and the availability of the iterm(s) you orders. This ensures faster and more efficient delivery. However, if you refuse a shipment from Nyota, you are responsible for the original shipping charges, any import fees that are incurred on the package, and the cost of returning the package to us.

How can I track my order?

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this to monitor your package’s delivery status here.

Will I be a charged duty/tax fees?

For international orders, customs duties, taxes, or tariffs may apply depending on your country’s regulations. These fees are not associated with Nyota and are to be paid by the recipient upon delivery. However, to minimize these potential fees, we strive to ship from the base closest to your location, depending on destination-specific regulations and item availabilities.

What if my package is lost or damaged during shipping?

While we take every precaution to ensure your order arrives safely, Nyota is not responsible for lost or damaged packages caused by the shipping carrier. If you encounter any issues, please contact the carrier directly using the provided tracking number. For further assistance, feel free to reach out to our customer support here.

Can I change my shipping address after placing an order?

To ensure timely delivery, please double-check your shipping address before placing your order. If you need to make changes, contact us immediately. We cannot guarantee address changes once the order has been processed.

We accept MasterCard, Visa, Apple Pay and Google Pay. We may also accept additional payment methods depending on which country you are shopping from. How can I check the status of my order?

If you have a Nyota account, simply log in and select My Account from the menu and then select orders. There, you can find the order number. If you haven’t created an account, no worries! You can create one anytime with the same email address used to place the order. Also note that with every order, we send an order confirmation email and ship confirmation email, which is sent to the same email used to make the purchase. Can I modify or cancel my order?

We want you to receive your Nyota purchase ASAP. In turn, we process orders as quickly as possible. For this reason we cannot guarantee any changes to your order once it has been submitted. If you need to change or cancel your order, please contact us and we will make every attempt to honor your request. Order cancellation is not guaranteed.

Normal Characteristics:

How do I submit a return request?

To start a return, please go to your order page and select refund. A representative will get back to you within 5 business days. If you believe your piece has a defect, please attach a picture of the item you received in the return request. Please note that if the tag or label attached with the item has been removed or damaged, the item cannot be returned.

When will I receive my refund?

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will process our request and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 14 business days.
