Processing time

For in-stock items, orders are processed within 1-5 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays). For orders containing customized items, it will require additional time and will be processed within 14 business days.

Coverage area and shipping time

We offer delivery services to the vast majority of countries and regions worldwide! Once your order is processed and shipped, delivery typically takes 6-15 business days, depending on your location. For details about the estimated delivery time in you country please refer to the table below. If your location is listed in the table, then it is within our delivery coverage area.There are some countries and regions with special delivery scope requirements for certain locations, which is also listed below. Please note that delivery times may vary due to factors such as customs clearance or local postal services. If you are ordering during a promotion please there may be delays due to high order volume, too. While we strive to ensure timely delivery, Nyota is not responsible for delays caused by external factors.

  1. United States: Covers the entire continental United State; Excludes remote areas such as Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam, and other overseas addresses; APO/FPO military addresses are not supported.
  2. United Kingdom: Delivery is available across the entire UK; Excludes military addresses (BFPO), the Channel Islands (Guernsey/Jersey), and the Isle of Man.
  3. Europe: Delivery is available across the entire UK; Excludes military addresses (BFPO), the Channel Islands (Guernsey/Jersey), and the Isle of Man.

Shipment fees

We offer FREE shipment for all orders over $120 internationally. For orders under $120, a flat shipping fee of $15.9 will be applied. Your order will be shipped from our bases in China or Europe, depending on your destination country and the availability of the iterm(s) you orders. This ensures faster and more efficient delivery. However, if you refuse a shipment from Nyota, you are responsible for the original shipping charges, any import fees that are incurred on the package, and the cost of returning the package to us.

Please note that customs duties, taxes, or tariffs may apply depending on your country’s regulations. These fees are not associated with Nyota and are to be paid by the recipient upon delivery. However, to minimize these potential fees, we strive to ship from the base closest to your location, depending on destination-specific regulations and item availabilities.

Misdelivered packages

At Nyota, we strive to ensure your order reaches you accurately and on time. However, we cannot be held responsible for misdelivered packages resulting from:

  • Incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.
  • Shipments sent to PO Boxes, which may lead to delivery issues.

To avoid delays or misdeliveries, please double-check that your shipping address is complete and accurate when placing your order. If a package is misdelivered due to an incorrect address, Nyota is not liable for any losses or damages incurred.

We work with reliable carriers to ensure smooth delivery. However, if a package is returned to us as “Return to Sender” due to the carrier’s inability to deliver it, customers will be responsible for any additional shipping charges required to resend the package.

Refused shipments

If you refuse to accept a shipment, you will be responsible for the cost of returning the package to us. Please ensure you are available to receive your order and are aware of any potential customs fees before placing your order. Refused shipments will be processed according to your local carriers. In this case, you are responsible for ensuring your local carrier sends the order back to us. You are also responsible for the original shipping charges, any import fees that are incurred on the package, and the cost of returning the package to us, and any applicable fees will be deducted from your refund or store credit. If, your carrier fails to return the order to us, then the order is not refundable.

Cancelation

We want you to receive your Nyota purchase ASAP. In turn, we process orders as quickly as possible. For this reason we cannot guarantee any changes to your order once it has been submitted. If you need to change or cancel your order, please contact us and we will make every attempt to honor your request. Order cancellation is not guaranteed.
